A new synthetic pathway to dinapsoline has been designed

dinapsoline and dinoxyline are drugs moleculars for treatment of Parkinson's disease, the traditional synthetic pathway to those drugs moleculars need more than 10 steps and cannot control the enantioselectivities, in additions, it also involve a lot of toxic chemical. So, here I design a new synthetic pathway that can synthesis the same molecule with fewer steps and up to 84% ee.
