Cis selective olefin synthesis

When synthesis asymmetry alkene, there is always two different products, one is Cis, one is trans, in general, the trans olefin is always easy to synthesis because the lower energy, here I synthesis a Cis alkene by wittig reaction using Crown ether to chelate with potassium carbonate.
